Sachin Dharwatkar
Think Engineering DesignTM Founder and Managing Partner, Sachin Dharwatkar is experienced in design & management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects. A professional Engineer and an IIM alumnus, Sachin is responsible for leading operational performance and strategic growth by creating innovative new design services for clients and integrating technology into all facets of the delivery infrastructure. Recognised for his competence in managing cross-cultural engagements, Sachin leads the migration of project delivery approaches between industry sectors and the development of regional alliance arrangements, integrating short and long term strategies for the firm.
Ajjampur Ramadas
A postgraduate in Engineering and an alumni of the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Ramadas joins the company as a Director after holding top management ranks with design and build organisations – helping to shape major projects and leadership initiatives. He brings high experience in design, co-ordination and project management in a diverse range of global markets, such as Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. Ajjampur Ramadas has made pivotal contribution in forging SME engagements and championing collaboration with our strategic partners to advance improvements and achieve strategic fit in our service delivery.
Deepthi Ranganath
Deepthi joins Think Engineering DesignTM board as a Director, providing independent oversight on a broad set of operational initiatives. With pivotal contributions in her approach to business analysis and continuous innovation in facilitating seamless service operations, she brings a wider perspective in developing some of our tactical strategies, execution of partnerships to fuel global platform growth and scale cross-functional efforts. Deepthi is responsible for thought leadership in supporting core initiatives and for ensuring that we remain increasingly efficient in our processes as well as optimizing our platforms to augment our ability to leverage data and insights to greater effect.
